 Offline Explorer is a Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista offline browser that allows you to download an unlimited number of your favorite Web and FTP sites for later offline viewing, editing or browsing.
(HTTPS, RTSP, PNM and MMS downloads are supported in Offline Explorer Pro version.)
